Dr. Eric Moore, Director of Technical Services, Norbrook Inc. recently chaired the annual conference for The National Institute of Animal Agriculture (NIAA).  This conference marked the completion of his successful tenure as chairperson and fellow industry stalwart, Ms Chelsea Good, has been named as his successor.

The National Institute of Animal Agriculture (NIAA) is a non-profit organization serving the U.S. animal health industry. The institute is committed to building programs that help the industry treat and prevent livestock disease, while helping to promote a robust food supply chain. This is evident in the strategic pillars of convening around relevant issues, implementation of the advanced agricultural leadership program, developing and disseminating industry resources and fostering innovation in animal agriculture.

Dr. Moore has been a valued contributor to the organisation for fourteen years holding several roles including council chair for antibiotics, treasurer, vice chairperson and most recently, chairperson.

“I’ve been proud to have been involved with the Institute for so long” noted Dr. Moore. “The NIAA works tirelessly to further the ambitions of our industry and I am delighted at the progress we have made and our strategy for the future. As Director of Technical Services with Norbrook Inc., I will continue to contribute to the Institute as a member and look forward to the ongoing success of our industry”.
