Empowering Veterinarians Professionals
Veterinary Graduate Awards
Pursuing a veterinary career is a rewarding and enjoyable path but it brings challenge in equal measure. Those that complete their education and pursue a veterinary career should be applauded and acknowledged.
We are therefore delighted to celebrate the veterinary students who have achieved academic excellence through their hard work and dedication. Norbrook is proud that in a small way, our financial awards have helped recent graduates in their first career steps.
These bright students will become changemakers in our industry and help to fuel new innovations and transformative ways of working.
Supporting Africa's Veterinary Changemakers
Championing future veterinarian professionals is something that we are proud to do. Norbrook has a long and proud history in East Africa and for the past decade, we have awarded financial prizes to sixty of the top-performing veterinary graduates from the University of Nairobi, Kenya and the Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda.
These awards recognise outstanding academic achievement and support the development of new graduates who will create positive change and development in the animal health industry.
Celebrating Veterinary Excellence in Ireland
The University College Dublin (UCD) School of Veterinary Medicine has consistently ranked in the top 40 veterinary schools worldwide and the school’s Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (MVB) degree programme is one of only seven in Europe fully accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).
For the past twelve years, Norbrook has proudly sponsored the Vet Student of the Year Award at UCD. We are delighted to recognise the academic achievements of the students and look forward to their contribution in advancing our industry in Ireland and beyond.
