Early Stage Careers 

At Norbrook we believe in growing our talent from an early stage. We are one of the leading employers of apprentice in Northern Ireland. Each year we hire young talent to join our range of apprenticeship programmes including science and engineering.

If you join our Apprenticeship programme, you will have the opportunity to earn while you learn. You will gain invaluable hands-on experience and work alongside experienced scientists and engineers throughout your programme. You will attend college one day per week and have a mentor to guide you along the way.

Depending on the programme you choose, you will gain a foundation degree after 3 or 4 years, with the opportunity in most cases to progress to an honours degree or even a Masters programme, without the worry of student fees to pay along the way.

Many of our apprentices have progressed to management positions in the company and have been finalists in the Apprentice of the Year competition.
